For the President's Day Holiday Weekend (2/12-14) There will be a  $50/nt premium for stays of 3 nights or less; no premium for stays of 4 nights or longer.

Basic departure cleaning is included in base rent at each for rentals of  4 or more nights.  When less than 4 nights are booked a "Cleaning Fee" will be charged.   

9.9% Accommodation and Sales tax NOT included in rental fee (Colorado Properties only).

All rates quoted above are nightly.  5% discount given for bookings of 5 or 6 nights.  10% disocunt given for stays of 7 nights or longer.  The longer the stay, the greater the savings.

We will not be underbid by Zephyr Mountain Lodge.  If you feel our prices are not competitive please give us a call.
