Bring your gear and surf fish, fish from the Bonito Bridge or Wardle’s Landing.

Hire a charter from the Marina. Let us know if you need a recommendation for a captain.

Enter a tournament. The Marina hosts annual Memorial Day & Labor Day Tournaments.

Two Golf Courses (Fripp Island Resort Amenity card required)

Ocean Point Golf Links:  This Ocean Front course was designed by George Cobb and features breathtaking views from many vantage points. Rated 4 STARs by Golf Digest.

Ocean Creek:  Located on the southern end of the Island this course was Davis Love III’s signature course. Through out this course you will spy the local wildlife in their native environment. Rated 5 S      TARs by Golf Advisor

Racquet Club (Fripp Island Resort card required)

The Racquet Club hosts spring and fall tournaments every year as well as daily mixers, clinics and drills. Drop in and work on that swing.

 

Get a Move On (Fripp Island Resort card required)

Rent all sorts of toys & transportation at the Fripp Island Excursions (located in the Marina).  Golf Carts, Bicycles, Mopeds & Skiffs.  There are extensive Bike and Walking Trails on the island to help you work up an appetite for all that local seafood.

  

Enjoy the abundance of wildlife on land and in the sea

In 2010 Fripp Island was designated as an Important Bird Area by the National Audubon Society. It is a habitat for a diverse selection of year-round and migratory birds.

Fripp Island is an important part of the local maritime forest habitat and was recognized a Bird and Animal Sanctuary in 1974.  It is also one of less than 125 communities nationally certified by the National Wildlife Federation as a Community Wildlife Habitat.

As of July of this year Fripp Island Beach was the home to over 100 turtle nests!

The Activities Center offers Eco Kayak tours and Nature Cruises on The Fripper II.

Fripp Island Activity Center offers a wide variety of…Activities for every age group.  From Birding to Sunset & Moonlight Kayaking they have your Nature activities covered.  They also offer craft activities such as wreath making, wine glass painting and tie dye!
